The Keeper® 27 ft. Heavy Duty Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 2 in. Hi-Test® webbing to absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, Molded EZ open release handles and flat hooks. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure the load. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull strap over the load and webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure the cargo.
