3M Scotchfil Electrical Insulation Putty is a 125-mil thick, non-corrosive, mastic adhesive that offers optimized adherence. This tape-shaped putty has outstanding aging properties and is ideal for creating a resin dam at resin pressure joints. It helps to seal multi-conductor cable connections, as well as wire exits at high-voltage joints. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.and make a moisture seal at ground wire exits in high-voltage splices. UL recognized component listing for 176 degree Fahrenheit when used in combination with Scotch super 33 or Scotch tapes super 88. *
