BrassCraft’s Gas Water Heater Installation Kit contains everything you need to connect gas and water to most water heaters. Kit features BrassCraft’s ProCoat gas connector with a proprietary polymer coating designed to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh household cleaning, plumbing repair and masonry products as well as UV rays and salt. The coating is applied only after the connector has been 100% leak tested. In addition, this kit also features BrassCraft’s Speedi Plumb PLUS premium engineered polymer braided water connectors. The patented polymer braided jacket is specially engineered to bend freely without kinking or flattening and won’t work harden with repeated bending. The braiding resists corrosion from harsh cleaning and plumbing repair chemicals; no rusting and deterioration. The braid and inner core are non-conductive materials and eliminate the need for a dielectric union.
