Want to add a bathroom? Add value to your space? The S1203 Powerflush Optima commercial grade toilet system lets you install a bathroom almost anywhere. It is perfect for basements, workshops, warehouses, cabins, garages, additions, pool houses and adds value to your property. The system includes a 1/2HP grinder pump with heavy duty stainless steel cutting blades and ADA comfort height white, heavy duty elongated toilet bowl and tank. Simple to install, the toilet bowl attaches directly to the floor with the pumping station mounted to the rear outlet of the bowl and sits directly under the toilet tank. The pumping station can pump up to 25 ft. vertically and/or horizontally up to 160 feet away from a soil stack. The pumping station has two side inlets and will allow you to hook up two additional bathroom components such as a sink, bathtub or shower, and/or urinal. The Powerflush Optima pumping station pumps waste and grey water into the sewer line through a 1 inch copper, CPVC, or PVC discharge pipe (not included). The system must be vented into the plumbing stack with 1.5 inch pipe (not included). An optional extension pipe # 023260 is available for the pump station and drain lines to be installed behind the wall with access. The pump station comes with a UL Listed 9 ft. 3-wire cord and grounded 120V plug. Pump station must be plugged into a 15A GFI (ground fault interrupter) receptacle. Color: White. Discharge Pipe: 1 inch. Minimum Gravity Fall on horizontal run: 1/4 inch per foot. Vent pipe diameter: 1.5 inch. Hardware is included to connect tank, bowl and pumping station. Toilet seat, lavatory, urinal, shower, bathtub, faucet, discharge & vent pipes, and plumbing components needed to connect to the Powerflush Optima system sold separately. The pumping station, toilet tank and bowl are individually boxed then packaged in one carton. CSA, UPC and WaterSense 1.28GPF Certified.
